A friend sent me this, which he claims is a BMW used car ad from Germany.
I think I’ve seen it before, but somehow doubt it’s the real thing. Would they run the copy in English, anyhow?
So I bet it’s a spoof. But my friend doesn’t care. He says he wants a test drive.
The paradox is that many men are quite bothered about previous ownership, whereas women are enormously attracted to shop-soiled males.
I think used ones are ok. As long as you check for areas where body filler has been used then disguised with a respray. I'm also careful to get down and check for any excessive fluid leaks.
Golden Rules: never trust the paperwork and go for a test drive.
The web address given is http://www.bmw.gr so if it's supposed to be from Germany it's not very convincing. Gr is the Greek domain suffix.
It's a great ad though.
