A quick look at today’s lies and social media “benefits”

>> plus a useful warning.

Please forgive me if you find this makes no sense at all.

It’s because I’m suffering from jet lag plus an upset stomach.

I spent two and a half weeks in LA which (if you’re interested) is basically just an endless stream of traffic with a few mountains in the distance.

I’ll tell you what I was doing there in a day or two, but you’ll see a video that attracted half a million follows on TikTok – and why.

If it doesn’t make you laugh I’ll be disappointed.

But it was good to come home and see the same lying guff being pumped out every minute. No alt text provided for this image

In other news I see Katie Price, the ‘celebrity’ has landed in trouble taking cocaine and drinking into the wee hours.

The court gave her a slap on the wrist but if that were you and me we’d be behind bars.

But such is the world.

I also received this…

I’m fascinated to what form my “sculpted road map” would take.

And even more fascinated as to what I would discover on an exploratory phone call, I wonder if I’d be given the benefit of anaesthesia.

Then… there’s whatever this is.No alt text provided for this image

There is no text, no content in this whatsoever apart from this cartoon and the logos underneath.

At a time when unemployment rates are all over the place, people’s job security is in question, and more than ever are hoping for a smart career change, what on earth is this cartoon supposed to achieve?

So let me give you some useful information.

And the best I can offer you today is about Christmas.

When should you promote?

I once lost almost every penny I had by pumping out a big mailing on the 12th December.

People who don’t understand selling online think that since people are buying like crazy Christmas is a good time for them to advertise.

But unless you’re selling Christmas presents it’s a very bad time indeed.

Everyone is too busy getting drunk, having fun, and worrying about what stupid regulations government will throw in place (and then deem themselves above) next.

I once lost almost every penny I had by pumping out a big mailing on the 12th December.

The best time to promote is the one almost everyone ignores – between Christmas and New Year.

Once people have overcome their indigestion they are in the mood to buy – so you must be ready to sell.

Wondering what to say?

We can help. Drop me a line.

Best,

Drayton
